Titel: Herstory

A 1 to 1 performance (1 performer 1 audience member) Emily has realized that she is Cinderella. She lost her Mum, her Dad has a partner that is... difficult, she has a nice boyfriend who lives far far away who takes her to parties and a fairygodmother combination of great charity shops and a student loan. But Emily has Docmartins rather than glass slippers and rescue is no option- this is real life. A rewriting of our herstory is an attempt to find empowerment in loss, hardship and being a young woman in the 21st century. An investigation into feminism/choice/love/rescue. A work in progress May 2014 shown in Bern and Glasgow (Scotland).
